Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Clerk/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing customer inquiries, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate order processing in a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, shipments, inventory, and delivery status.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with warehouse personnel and transportation providers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, discrepancies, and shipment delays.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Enter and update information in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and customer portals.
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and document management.

Qualifications:
  • Previous Customer Service Representative experience a plus!
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a 3PL, logistics, distribution, transportation, or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order processing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional and customer-focused attitude.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems and customer portals.
  • Accurate data entry and recordkeeping skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Experience working with major retailers, carriers, or e-commerce fulfillment operations.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Occasionally required to walk through warehouse facilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds when necessary.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday (schedule may vary based on business needs).

Pay Rate:
DOE (Depending on Experience)
