Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Clerk/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing customer inquiries, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate order processing in a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, shipments, inventory, and delivery status.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with warehouse personnel and transportation providers.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Investigate and resolve customer issues, discrepancies, and shipment delays.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Enter and update information in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and customer portals.
Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and document management.

Qualifications:

Previous Customer Service Representative experience a plus!
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a 3PL, logistics, distribution, transportation, or warehouse environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order processing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional and customer-focused attitude.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
Experience with ERP systems and customer portals.
Accurate data entry and recordkeeping skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Experience working with major retailers, carriers, or e-commerce fulfillment operations.
Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.
Occasionally required to walk through warehouse facilities.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds when necessary.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday (schedule may vary based on business needs).

Pay Rate:

DOE (Depending on Experience)
